What is Bruxism (Teeth Grinding)?
Involuntary grinding, gnashing, or clenching of teeth, often during sleep.
Bruxism is a condition where you grind, gnash, or clench your teeth unconsciously, either while awake (awake bruxism) or during sleep (sleep bruxism). It can cause jaw pain, headaches, tooth damage, and TMJ disorders. Treatment options include night guards, stress management, and addressing underlying causes.
