What is Dental Crown?
A tooth-shaped cap placed over a damaged tooth to restore its shape, size, strength, and appearance.
A dental crown is a fixed prosthetic device cemented onto an existing tooth or implant. Crowns are used to cover damaged teeth, hold dental bridges in place, cover dental implants, or improve the appearance of discolored or misshapen teeth. They can be made from porcelain, ceramic, metal, or a combination.
